LICENSE GRANT

CCTVCAD Software hereby grants you FREE OF CHARGE a non-exclusive license of CCTV Design Lens Calculator in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

OWNERSHIP

The Software is proprietary to CCTVCAD Software and protected by international copyright treaties. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the Software or otherwise transfer the rights to the Software or remove any proprietary notices on the Software.

NO DISTRIBUTION

You are not permitted to make the Software available on a network server. But you can make direct links to the Software on our web site http://www.cctvcad.com

PUBLICATIONS

In any publications using the Software, images, calculation results of the Software, you must make direct links to the Software on our web site - http://www.cctvcad.com

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TERMINATION

The license will terminate automatically if you violate any of the provisions of this agreement.
On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
